I'm sure there are millions of people that wake up each day not wanting to battle the traffic to get to work; I'm sure there are Police that don't want to question a sexually abused child; or inform a parent that their son was killed in a car accident... but guess what...?!

If you think they are printing lies, then complain to them, we only deal in facts.

The £200 fine is PER DAY!

If you think you can sell in 1 day to avoid the cost of a HIP aren't you going to miss lots of potential buyers who will push the price up?

And if it takes just 2 days to market the property then the fine may well be more than the cost of the HIP. We charge around £350 for a full HIP, or do you prefer to pay the ever mounting fine?
