MORE than two thirds of respondents to a members’ survey by the National Association of Estate Agents do not believe Home Information Packs will be introduced by the Government deadline of June 1.
And 84 per cent of members want to see the controversial Packs scrapped altogether. The verdicts from members of the country’s biggest representative organisation for estate agents came as Pack trials were due to get underway this month in selected parts of the country. The NAEA went on record some months ago calling for the Packs legislation to be repealed and their members have given fresh backing to that stance in a recent electronic poll.
