Law Society trialling HIPs solution |

The Law Society will be trialling its HIPs solution in Southampton in conjunction with MDA in November and a seminar on 3 November will provide you with information on the Law Society HIP and its Southampton dry run.
Work is continuing on a support programme to help you work with estate agents to market HIPs.
You can start to get ready by ensuring you have a PC that will run the web-based system. You should ensure you have the following minimum PC specification:
- 1Mb broadband or corporate Internet connection
- 256 Mb memory (RAM)
- Adobe Acrobat reader – this software can easily be downloaded from the Internet if you don’t already have it
- Java Virtual Machine – this software can easily be downloaded from the Internet if you don't already have it
- Multi-page scanner – optional – you can post or fax documents instead
