Everything about Home Information Packs (HIPS)

Television presenters Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer today threw their weight behind a campaign calling for the introduction of Home Information Packs (HIPs) to be scrapped.

The hosts of Channel 4 property show Location, Location, Location warned that the introduction of the packs could have a "devastating effect" on the property market and would cost consumers a "great deal of money".
