Opposition to Home Information Packs is growing. The packs are supposed to do away with the agony of moving house, but Nigel Jones believes this is far from the case Everybody knows that buying a house can be up there in terms of stress levels with bereavement and divorce. Delays, gazumping and sales falling through at the last moment can do much to send blood pressure soaring.
