HIPs 'will bring franchise boom' Print E-mail

THE impending introduction of Home Information Packs could prompt an estate agency franchising boom, reckons the boss of set fee pioneers Moving Works, who are now aiming to go national after a successful six years in Lancashire.

For anyone contemplating establishing an agency, the prospect of the costs associated with HIPs could prove prohibitive but many of those individuals will not even have contemplated a franchise, claims Moving Works managing director Georgina Cox.
