Property experts yesterday urged the Government to delay plans to force homesellers to prove their 'green' credentials. From June 1, everyone who sells their house will have to pay for a home information pack, which could cost up to £500. The packs will include energy performance certificates, which will provide ratings similar to those given to electrical appliances such as washing machines and fridges.
