Information packs will 'destabilise housing market' |

The Government's proposed home information packs will destabilise the housing market and prevent first-time buyers from getting on to the property ladder, experts have warned.
Kirstie Allsopp, the presenter of Channel 4's Location Location Location, said that first-time buyers were already in crisis and home information packs (Hips) would make matters worse.
