Criminals could use the Government's proposed home seller's packs to target vulnerable addresses, the Law Society warned today. Proposals in the Housing Bill will create compulsory "home information packs" containing details such as a house's security systems. Anyone will be able to insist on receiving a copy of the pack regardless of whether they are serious buyers, a Law Society spokesman said.
