Hi,

Can anyone confirm how long the hips can be used before renewal.

I have been told after one year they have to be renewed,is this correct.?

If so then I feel very strongly against this action especially due to the current housing decline,what happens if it takes more than a year to sell the property.

Whos fault is this with the downturn of the housing market.

Why should we be penalised and asked to pay out another three hundred quid,it seems a lot of money to be forking out every year until the property is sold.
