Landlord EPCs 2 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 6  
I feel Landlords often get a bad press and i have watched with interest as our enquiries and instructions from Landlords has increased in recent times.

From our experience, we are finding Landlords ARE acting prior to the upcoming date of the 1st October. This is against the feelings of many others that Landlords would leave certificating their properties to the very last minute.

I would be interested in hearing from other DEAs/HIs in regard to this and if their experiences have been similar to ours.

We have a few rental properties and for sure we seem to be getting new rules every year applied to us - which inevitably means increased cost. However, we take our resposibilities seriously and are as you suggest looking at having all properties assessed by the end of summer.
