During the course of my DEA training, (yes another one, but I did have a letting agent with 100 properties requiring a EPC who wanted to offer me the work!), my instructor mentioned that producing floor plans could be another income stream. Do you, as the experts, think that this could be possible?
I've had 10 years experience with AutoCAD, and have experience in producing floor plans of cell sites.
Why would you produce a sketch of a floor plan and send it to me to be drawn in CAD? I don't know, since it will cost you extra. However, if I were to visit the site, take the measurements and produce the floor plan, and then send it to you, would that be feasible?
Any help or advice would be very welcome - thanks!
