The home information pack, just crested a load of greedy individuals who thought they would jump on the gravy train.

Sorry i meant Domestic energy inspectors.


If you want to avoid this, put you home on the market now and you will not need a sellers pack until January 1st 2008.

This is a radical thought, put you house on the market after June 1st refuse to get a pack and pay the £200 fine.
