Prontohips is offering dedicated individuals, both fully trained DEAs and entrepreneurs looking to enter the industry, the opportunity to join the Prontohips Network which will allow successful applicants the ability to produce complete Home Information Packs and compete as a HIP provider.
For an annual licence fee of just £995 (+vat), which includes initial set-up and training, you will be able to produce full HIP Code compliant packs in an easy and cost effective online environment.
All pack components (e.g. local searches) are provided to you at the cost we pay, and because we pay less due to the volumes we order, this provides you with plenty of scope to dictate your own sale price and profit margins.
As a Prontohips Network Provider you will also benefit from our professional indemnity insurance cover* and be able to offer 9 months deferred payment to customers.
With over 50% of customers preferring to pay by deferred payment, this means that you will be able to service the whole market. Plus, you receive immediate payment on the completion of the pack, with no risk for you to chase payment.
