 Hipsandhcrs are a no-frills Provider offering to put together the entire contents of the new HIPs in a cost effective, efficient and timely manner. We are a group of lawyers especially looking to provide our services to independent estate agents and the fast growing number of sellers looking to sell their properties privately. We offer a buy now pay later option whereby the client can pay for the HIP from the proceeds of the sale of the property. Our HIPs cost £249 for a Freehold property, £269 for a Leasehold property and £289 for a Commonhold Property. Please note that our HIP's will include all the "required" documents (i.e. all the documents required by law to be included in a HIP).
