I'm an independent Energy Assessor working in the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Northamptonshire region, including parts of the Cotswolds. I am keen to help people project manage their own hips packs for free. I charge £110.00 only (fixed rate plus travelling expenses if necessary) for the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). I'm glad to work with the homeowner and conveyancy solicitors to promote an inexpensive but positive selling experience which is empowering and informative for the homeowner and results in a high quality HIP for less than half the price of a standard but lower quality third party package.
