Government puts a spin on HIPS
Home Inspection News
The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) claimns that a communication sent by the DCLG (department of Communities and Local Government) on home information packs completely lacks substance and misleads. Yorkshire Energy Assessors Launch New Service
Home Inspection News
Lane Energy Assessors, a Yorkshire based family partnership offering HIPS and energy inspections, have just launched a new floor plan service, so buyers can visualise how their new home is laid out. Robert Lane, one of the founding partners of Lane Energy Assessors based in Yorkshire, said it was a logical service to start offering alongside their EPC energy inspections because from the beginning of next year HIPs need to be delivered rather than just ordered before a property can be put on the market and remove the need for a dedicated floor plan company. Mr Lane goes on to say that the partners expect it to be well received by estate agents.
